Radiohead: To the sound of Internet.

On the 1st of October, 2007, when Radiohead announced the release of its latest hit "In Rainbows", both fans and markets were flabbergasted with its slogan: "Pay what you want". With these words, the band led by Thom Yorke boldly called on their followers to trust them to carry on making good music.  Their boldness didn’t stop there. Months later, the band publicly announced a competition on the Aniboom website open to anyone wanting to submit a personal animation for the "Reckoner" contest.  The “House of Cards" video clip was also edited and fully made in digital format.  The Group´s success was completely overwhelming. Was it sheer coincidence? No.
